In summary NLP is a procedure that can be done by anyone who wants to learn to get a particular result according a predetermined destination. NLP trying to create the programs of cognitive modeling of others to mimic and modify the psychological profile of exemplary.
NLP therapy observe the connections between neurological processes with language and behavior patterns that can be learned and programmed to achieve a certain goal. In addition as a method of therapy, NLP is usually used as a communication studies; insight to develop human potential.
Structures used in NLP insight usually emotional anchorage (anchoring), re-framing perspective (reframing), non-verbal paradigm (submodalities), the position of perception, and representation systems such as sensory preferences. Diverse NLP techniques can be used in an interaction such as build familiarity (rapport) through alignment (pacing), equation (matching), and direction (leading), as well as the intervention of the neural pathways through visualization and metaprogamming.
NLP techniques have several theories of employee motivation underlying its utilization to improve the performance and productivity of workers in a company. Neither the executive employees to its officials as the top executives, board of directors, managers, heads of sections, and so on.
All employees in the company has the nature and character are different and require motivation techniques must be adapted to the characteristics and patterns of thought of each. Everyone has a variety of motivational programs that match the characteristics of neurological and psychological in him respectively.
Some of the factors that influence employee motivation program from the viewpoint of NLP are: orientation of motivation, personality type, the nature of emotions, the kind of character, its working methods. All these factors combined become essential elements in a strategy to create programs that motivate employees.
The orientation of one's motivation means toward motivation; whether to move toward the goal by setting priorities, innovate and pursue opportunities (orientation motivation chase). Or oriented to identify problems and potential threats that may arise as well as trying to find a variety of solutions to the risk faced (orientation avoidance motivation).
Personality type can be divided in two: introvert and extrovert. Do make decisions independently and enforce private standards (intrinsic) or accept participation, suggestions, and criticisms from others in achieving the goals targeted by management (external).
The nature of emotion is the kind of response that is automatically performed in response to an event and make a decision or take the option that diultimatum by these conditions. The response can be a proactive stance by taking action first new initiative to evaluate or can be reactive stance that full consideration before acting depends on the nature of the emotions of every employee of the company.
The type of a person's character can be adjusted with the job; if she likes the consistency, or even a progressive variation changes drastically. Evolution itself did want a revolution, or even find enough merely reform the stagnation or stability is assured a comfortable and secure.
The last factor to consider in compiling the elements to create a motivational program is to understand and apply the working methods of one's mind.
